Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good eeprom and programmer kit for someone just starting out with eproms. I need 8Bit parallel output and plan to use an 8 bit counter to address the output.

also, is there any software that simulates this stuff? I can't program any data into the eprom chip that's in multisim.
