Hi all,

I want to copy 27C4096, 4 Megabit (256 K x 16-Bit) CMOS EPROM.

Can you help me , what type programme i should use.

You won't get very far with just a program. You need a piece of hardware, called a PROM programmer. Most of them come with a piece of software that knows about the devices you are using and can read the contents and write those contents back to a blank device.

A professional programmer from a company like BP Microsystems might cost several thousands of dollars. The reason for this is the incredibly large number of devices from different manufacturers that need to be cataloged, supported, and updated on a continual basis.

There might be a hobby programmer for a couple of hundred dollars that will fill the bill if the part is reasonably current. You need to check on this before you buy.
