EMC Conducted Emission and Immunity

Hello All,

I was curious to know from Standards why we begin EMC Conducting Immunity test at 150 KHz and cease at 80 MHz followed by Radiated Immunity on the other hand beginning Conducted Emissions at 150 KHz and cease at 30 MHz followed by Radiated Emissions.

Please let me know is there any specific historic reasons behind this?
