Hello!

I want help regarding my Electrolux Oven Controller
It was burnet at heater terminal, and bought new one. Almost $100 :-(
I need to fix one spade connector also but how to select right one. (Load Rating)
I don’t want to spoil this new controller also and want to chose right connector.

Is there a difference between AC spade connector and DC spade connector? How to chose right spade connector for 10-15Amp AC load?

please help.

thanks

You should be able to get those at any decent hardware or automotive supply store.
The same physical size is the important feature.
Ensure a positive crimp in order to prevent heating at the terminal point.

The major problem is crimping. You need the proper tool. There is a tool for insulated wires and one for uninsulated wires. There is a hand crimper and a ratcheting crimper available. There are dies for the wire and the terminal.

That particular terminal looks difficult to crimp.

e.g. https://www.digikey.com/en/products/filter/terminals-quick-connects-quick-disconnect-connectors/392

I;m not saying that this https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/te-connectivity-amp-connectors/1742718-1/4021805 is the right terminal, but my hand crimping tool would probably not be able to crimp it.

The terminal is known as a FASTON terminal.

If the pole of the flag terminal extended further, then I would not have issues.
You could crimp the insulation with the insulation crimper of my tool and solder the wire side.
