It's a straight-up algebra problem - you don't need to know anything about electrical engineering to work it, You have an equation with five variables. You are given the values for four of them (the problem could make it clearer that you the value of Vs that you are expected to use is the one from the example).

Show your best effort as far as you can take it and we will help you either get back on the right track, or take it just a bit further.
