For power, I have available 3.3 VDC with a 3K resistor in series. Need to same voltage source/output line to supply power both to the electret mic and the amplifier.3.3V would power a discrete transistor amplifier or an IC amplifier.

Won't the 47uF on the mic output completely remove any audio?I made this a while back and works great for a chip recorder needing a 32mV input. But for the life of me, I don't see any way to power it and output the audio on the same wire.
