Hi, I bought a claw machine and there seems to be a problem with the motor control of the claw going up.
when the claw is going up it will go for a brief period and then stop, the motor will stall and it throws an error (claw not going up) . Motor seems fine 28v 0.48a when powered with bench power supply, also changing the motors didn’t help.
voltage and current when starting:28v 0,05a, when stalling: 2v 0.48a
its driven by a l6202 h bridge at 30vdc.
Other motors are fine except for one being slow.
I’m planning to change all the electrolytic caps, since its from 1996.
its only the up motion of that particular movement, which is having trouble.
anyone who have suggestions what to check or what to replace?
I’ve included some reverse engineered schematics and pictures of the pcb
