Hi, I am trying to diagnose a fault in an ECM main board. I have a few Resistors R02 and R04 that are marked as shorted. Should they mark shorted? Attached is an image and I marked the location in a red circuit. Can someone please help me

The other thing you need to be aware of is that you cannot get an accurate resistance measurement of a component while it is still in circuit. You have to desolder the component.

Hi and thanks all for your help its delphi ecu i will check moset tomorrow the car seems to have a short as electronic play around doesn’t start sometimes. Ecu can’t get to the other side if board as it’s sealed or components with sealer. I will check also BCM as when connecting to computer it’s can’t find any modules and what i read is that BCM connects to modules

I now managed to open up the BCM module and I am trying to look for the faults I didn't find any shorted capacitors, MOSFETs seem good when checking the data sheet. I came across a video to read Eprom and transfer to a new board but have a problem identifying this Eprom from ST anyone has any idea, please or what I need to check? Attached are pics of the board
