My ebike tester shows no power 5v from controller. I have wired the minimum per instructions to a new throttle with number power display, red, black,green,yellow for volt meter .lm normally not bad at this stuff but this controller and throttle driving me crazy.

 

With the information provided the very best anybody can do is provide a random guess.
If you provide information as to what signal is claimed to be on those different colors then some actual help could be provided. But if you have no additional information then you can't expect anything more than random guesses.
It is not likely that somebody else has the same controller, given that there is no mention of what brand or model you have.
