hello there!:)The data mask pin, signals are used by DRAM to enable partial data write operations within a single column,compensating for the additional speed being demanded by memory.

Hi thanks but a doubt,
Partial means if there are 1000 bits in a column DM provide the oppurtunity to write like 500 bits in it,
If i didnt use DM then i need to write for all 1000 bits in a column, is it so
