Double clap-on switch

Good day all!
I'm designing a double clap on switch circuit that will turn on an led when you double clap and off when you clap once.

I'm designing it to use LM358 as a high and low pass filters followed by LM358 as precision rectification, peak detection, LM 358 as Schmitt trigger, LM358 as a buffer to Schmitt trigger Reference voltage, two cascaded 74LS112 negative edge triggered jk flip flops, a BC547 transistor and an led as an output.
When I tested my design on bread board, led goes on with a single clap.
I have run out of ideas on how I will achieve this in my design.
I will attache a picture of my design.

Please help!
Thanks

hi,
Ideally you should add a power On Reset pulse to the two Bi-stables, to initialise them, ready for a clock clap.

EDIT:

Added a simple Rst,
The circuit as drawn will switch ON LED2 with just one Clap.
Recheck the Bi-stable logic.
