I'm not sure what are the audio inputs, but I see none that are optical.
You would likely have to also purchase an optical audio to analog output converter.

MY sound bar has a number of different inputs. The base speaker just plugs into the electrical outlet on the wall. The base speaker connects to the sound bar via (probably) blue-tooth. No need to wire the woofer on my system. You might try yours without going through the expense of getting a cable that might not be needed.

When I power up my sound bar it takes about 5 seconds before the woofer engages. The nice thing about this arrangement is that I can put the woofer elsewhere in the room, not even close to the TV and get magnificent sound.

How would I connect my powered subwoofer to this:
That amp is for an unpowered subwoofer.
To connect your powered subwoofer, you could sum the two analog signals from the digital to analog audio converter using a couple resistors, and connect that summed (mono) signal to your subwoofer.
