I'm looking for ESLs (electronic shelf labels) that can be programmed over standard WiFi, Bluetooth or RF / NFC without the need of further hardware.
I need it to be affordable in lower quantities (~50$).
The following link shows a cheap one, were it not for the additional hardware needed to program them:

Presumably, you need only one programmer no matter how many tags, so what is the problem?

Well, for now I only need one single display (prefereably e-ink), that can be accessed from some python-software running on a windows machine. NFC (UHF or HF) and of course WiFi and if needed Bluetooth would be possible for communication.
It needs to be updated every ~10 Minutes with a different QR-code.
