I am trying to locate a data sheet or any information on a diode with the markings; 8515 R250-MX
Any ideas would be appreciated.

 

Pretty sure it’s a 2A, 50V diode. If you just search on r250 you’ll see what I’m seeing.

 

Thank you for your time. I have put these numbers in every possible combination. The data sheets don't agree on size. The diode cylinder is 7mm long, 9mm diameter, through hole leads are 36mm long and the wire leads are approx. 16 ga.
