i need some modification in this circuit,any additional feature ,i can add to it,so,please suggest me

 

It will help if you insert circuit into the thread.

It can be with an attachment or using AAC own local album hosting.

 

i want to modificate through this way.................my sugession is that 'to replace 7 segment display by encoder ic,OR gate and led(red).....
BCQZ o/p of 7 segment decoder can be taken as i/p of encoder which is 7 segment encoder ......
but this type of encoder ic is not avaliable in the market..........
so,thats why my idea can't be implemented.
so,please give me suggession on my idea????????????
