I am wodering where I could get the digital I/O comparison informations.

curious for what is the fastest I/O standard, like those.

If there is some sheet or website for helping this matter, then let me know about it please.

Fastest for what? There are lots of kinds of digital I/O, and lots of standards or conventions to support them. What are your signals or data? Are you asking about signal types, like ECL, or data stream types, like PCIe?

As mentioned there are different media and methods and what the demands are for speed of operation, for e.g. if referring to digital I/O there are PLC's and Uproc etc that have a built in scan time, PLC's generally deal with, and operate on mechanical devices and the update time is relatively slow by present standards, on the other hand if replaced with a more direct acting logic such as PLD's or digital logic IC's etc, a closer to real time operation is possible.

I meant that the I/O comparison is a kind of TTL, CMOS, ELC, LVDS, CML .. and so on.

Moreover I would like to know how to interface between them.

I have searched those things in google, but I am looking for neater datas.

The interface specs for these families don't deal with the speed, but primarily with requirements for signal thresholds and source/sink capabilities.

Most (all?) of these have JEDEC specifications.

 

And all of them are on Wikipedia.
