Hi everyone . I made an clock circuit using 74LS190 and I must do it settable. You understand this, to set the time . But i no have idea what should to do . I tried something but not work . I attache the circuit . It is create in Multisim 11 .I really appreciate any help. Thank you !

In order to set the time, you need to control every trigger, probably with a digital pot or analog pot plus ADC.
That means you have to set or reset all triggers, in order to get the combination you need.
You can use an MCU to set or reset every trigger separately, but that would beat the point of using triggers for the clock itself.
