Dear all,
I am in need of developing an interlock circuit for vacuum current. Circuit will get the input from vacuum pump of 6 voltage corresponds to 300 micro ampere. This is the maximum current allowed. This voltage will be compared with the reference voltage and output will be given to latch to hold the status. Same output will be used to activate the relay. Please guide me in developing this.

Thank you.

Welcome to AAC!
You could use the 6V to turn on a N-MOSFET to operate the relay, and use a spare contact of the relay to do the latching. How will you reset the latch?

You can use a Transistor and Relay circuit, the transistor will not self latch,

Or a Thyristor and Relay, the Thyristor will latch and will need a reset button.
