Determining equivalent inductance and parasitic resistance of a "floating" gyrator

The circuit below is essentially equivalent to an inductance of (R1 * R2 * C) in series with a resistance equal to R1.

However, the circuit above is the one that I am stuck on right now, because in my circuit I need a "floating" (not ground-referenced) inductance. It is also equivalent to a certain inductance with a certain series resistance. But, what is that inductance and what is that resistance?
