I want to design a small signal amplifier.
It is hobbyist design.

I want to learn with basic calculation and examples.

Could any body suggest me the resource for the same .

Few questions:
What do you want to amplify: DC, AC or pulse.
If not DC what frequency do you want to amplify and what in and output impedances are to bound by?
Rise and fall time becomes important when you want to amplify pulses.
Last question: what gain do you want to achieve?

It becomes more clear to us if you want to tell us where you want it for (application).

I am beginner in Amplifier design .
Actually i wanted to learn it from scratch.
Please consider me novice in Amplifier design . But i know the basics of BJT.

I do not understand the what all parameters need to keep in mind while designing a amplifier !!!

Lets consider AC signal is to be amplified. 20Hz with 100mV.
So now how to calculate all parameter using this input .

Response awaited !!!
