Current circuit: using an Arduino Uno to provide clock signals to jk flipflops, then to BCD decoder.

Current problem. 7 segment is not displaying the correct number, but the jk flipflop works as it is able to show the countdown of 5 to 0 using LEDs.

Our current setup is exactly the same with the figure below. Clock signal and 5V from arduino uno.

we tried everything but its still not working even if we connected those inputs to 5v or ground.

the LEDs are connected to each Q output of the JK flipflop. positive to the q and negative to the ground, just to indicate if the right bit is correctly being sent to the 7448 every second.

I can see that the LED is connected, I need details of the LED type and the way it is connected to the 7448.
Post a circuit diagram showing the pin numbers of the LED and the 7448.
