i need to
- Design a common source single stage amplifier with resistive load. Design the DC biasing to provide a gain of 60 dB and a maximum output swing. State the aspect ratio of the transistor.
- Design a common source amplifier with a diode connected load.
and i don't know how to make it ??

You have to make a reasonable attempt at the problem before we can provide you with any help, otherwise you won't learn anything.

Remember for a basic N-channel JFET in the common source configuration, the signal enters the gate, and exits the drain. The only terminal remaining, which is common to both input and output is the source. This is a common-source FET circuit.
