Dell 5480 Charging problem Device PD4

I have diagnosed the fault on the motherboard of the 5480 laptop. I have removed the s/c device. It is identified as PD4 on the PCB. It is a 3 pin SMD device marked as CC5 (or 6) and 77. Cannot identify to buy a replacement. Stated as a common fault but no help in identifying it on line.
