Hi, I'm looking for a way to create a delay switch for the water supply to my furnace (boiler).
I need something that applies power to a normally open solenoid valve, closing the valve while the furnace runs, and keeps power to the solenoid
5-10 minutes after the furnace ends its cycle, power off. I can get the on off signal from the furnace control and 120 VAC from an external source.

Thank you

Yes that's what I thought but I'm not sure how that would work, because I have to power the solenoid 5 or 10 minutes after the furnace shuts down.

Delay timers run off of a supply voltage independently.
So like if the coil voltage is 24Vac you get a 24/28VAC one and run a wire from the power supply to the delay off power.

I have a
iPower Short Period Repeat Intermittent 3 Cycle Mode Interval Timer for Day, Night, 24 Hour
time, would it work with that?
