OK, it was just a failure to communicate. There might be a bit of difference but it will certainly even out quickly. BUT it is a very good question. Probably it will make sense to verify the similar voltages before continuing, first with simulation and then with hardware. The question become "how identical are those two secondary windings? My suggestion is based on them being very similar.
