we need DC5V led strips for art works and need this exact led strips as i shown as this pic(60 leds per meter. single color without remote controler and without effects. that colors blue, red and yellow

Is 5V really a good idea? Long lengths of LED strip suffer badly from voltage drop down the power supply tracks. The lower the voltage the worse it gets.

What do you mean by "exact led strips"?

Same manufacturer? Same lot?

Same (unspecified, as far as width) dimensions and (unspecified) luminance?

If the strips are single color, then how can it be blue, red, and yellow? If they aren't the same (unspecified) color as the strips in your picture, then they aren't the "exact led strips", are they?

But each LED has it's own current limiting resistor and each LED/resistor branch is in parallel with all the others, so all operating at a higher voltage would do is dissipate more heat along the string without changing the current draw (though it would provide better current regulation, too).

Strings that operate at higher voltages generally have multiple LEDs in series in each branch. For example, 12 V strings typically have three LEDs and a resistor in each branch, but now you can't cut them except in multiples of three.

No-one makes LED strip as per your first paragraph. They are always in 3s for 12V and 6s for 24V.

I don't know that for a fact, but agree that it is at least very likely the case. The issue really comes down to why the TS needs/wants 5 V strings. Compatibility with existing stuff? They need to be able to cut the length in increments of one? Something else?
