Hi.
Believe they are around 3.3Vf, 300mA, usuallly in series of 6 to 12, driven by a constant current circuit.
How far is that guessing ?; is there a data sheet for the typical common ones used on TVs ? I noticed they all look about the same on all brands.

 

The nearest LEDs I can relate to, are named after their dimensions "3535" , and seem to be 3V / 350 mA / 1W
