Hi,

I need to control my DC motor direction by uC..
for that I need a driver which when I give it "0" it will become grounded,
like that I can change the direction of the motor easly...

but there is a problem , I can't find where to buy this driver.

SO my question is can you give me a schematic of a driver that can change the directin of the motor without the PNP-NPN relation??

or can you find for me equivalent for the IXDN404 MOSFET???

or any kind of solution for a motor direction changing....

There's going to be many other ICs (which that really is) tht will sub for it. Compare the data sheet or circuit diagram to that of others.
