I have working on DAC 14bit resolution using SPI interface to vary the output according to the changes in the Microcontroller SPI lines. The required freuqency and waveform are observed in the oscilloscope. But there is no voltage change at the output.

The hardware is assembled according to the application given in the datasheet DAC5446, but i have not isolated the analog gnd and digital groung. AM not unable to find out the issues.
Suggestion are appreciated relating DAC issues.

You have provided a datasheet and an example drawing of just the DAC from the datasheet. In order to help you with your problem we need your complete schematic including the connections to the processor and the details of your code, particularly the setup. SPI has numerous different formats and if you selected the wrong one this would be the expected result. I don't trust that your observation of the waveforms means much, since they can be tricky to interpret.
