these 2 circuits below are similar or not? I mean about the current source, why the way they draw is different? I am familiar with the second one

No, they are not the same.

In your hand-drawn sketch current in L3 and C3 is exactly equal to the current in the current source because all three are in series.

But that is not the case in the original schematic.

Another way to see this is to make a list of each component that is connected to each terminal of the current source for both schematics. Are the two lists identical?

oh, i confused about the first one, the current source pumps current right into the T junction, how to put it in a branch like the second one.

Just draw it in any convenient place such that the two terminals of the source are connected to the same two nodes in the circuit.

There's an obvious place just screaming out at you.
