If they broke the law cashing out due to privileged information they need to be crushed. End of story.

I converted a sizable amount of stock to cash too just before Chinese New Year (Vacation) on the first indications of a possible pandemic. I didn't think CV would affect the USA much then but I did know that Asia was going to get hit again. You really didn't need privileged information for that.

It always amazed me that insider trading didn't even become illegal for Congress until 2012. Some of them may not have adjusted yet.

I sold a bunch of stock in late December and early January. I watched Apple and Tesla both skyrocket immediately afterwards. Now I wish I'd sold everything! I could buy it all back again and have quite a pile of loot left over. I bought a little last week but I think the bottom is still a ways off.

Maybe we should start a pool, to predict the bottom date and/or level. I'll take a stab: Bottom = 12,000 on December 4 of 2020.
