bridge rectifier and a capacitor will give you 325V, capable of something like 10-16A based on your fuses, but be VERY VERY CAREFUL not to get electrocuted. What do you need if for?

And I certainly wouldn't be rectifiing the mains directly... too dangerous in a MEN system. I'd be using a low current isolating transformer between the mains and the rectifier at the very least.
