It also seems stable with R1 = R2 = 1k, R4 = R6 = 10k, R9 = R10 = 500R, using either opamp.

 

Hello Alec,I want to learn how the resistor play together.
there is a very interesting mechanism of feedback which sets the mosfets states.
5K is a very noisy resistor so i need to understand the logic of the ratios between the resistors.
could you please give an intuitions regarding the roles of the resistors?

It's not a circuit configuration I'm familiar with. It involves an unknown (to me) variation in the current through the opamp's supply pins as the input voltage changes.
