hi i comtrol a universal motor with a igbt componet
i attachment file i have the circuit
my question is There a relation between speed motor with the voltage at pin 1 and voltage at R2
im looking for mathematical relation between them

Generally the virtually same control can be done using AC and a Triac with phase angle control, how it is typicallt done in power tools/equipment etc.
That circuit looks as if it would be better suited to a P.M. DC motor.
