You will need a shunt resistor between your load and ground.
Then disconnect R6 from the output and connect it to the non-ground side of your shunt resistor.
R6 will need to be a much smaller value.
You will also need a signal generator to generate your 60-1800Hz sinewave.
The output current will then be
(input_voltage * (1+R6/R3))/R_shunt
