I was looking at the following two connector housings in which crimped terminals with wires can be inserted.

I am wondering the difference between them.
One difference between them is that they use two different crimp terminals, see the list attached. Physically they look different. Is this called "tanged and tangles" ?
The second difference is the connector housing side lock.
Does it mean that connector 1700010104 without side lock can easily be inserted and removed from the PCB connector. But the connector housing 1716920204 has a side lock and once inserted into the PCB connector, is it not possible to remove by hand by pulling unless the following special tool is used.

The term tanged and tangles is related to crimp terminals or the connector housing ?
