Hello, I am doing undergrad research, and I need to control a 3-phase motor with a VFD. I selected a Hitachi NES1 - 007SB(E) inverter to connect to the pump and a cDAQ to be controlled with LabVIEW. All I want to do with the VFD is change the pump speed with LabVIEW. I can't really find much information about what the connections would look like between a cDAQ system and the inverter. Can anyone give me some guidance? Thank you!

I was thinking modbus would be best too. I am still trying to figure out which chassis will be needed to be compatible as well. I understand all of the power connections from power source and to the motor, just don't understand how the VFD would be controlled with LabVIEW and which connections/ports would be needed. I have attached a picture of the connecting diagram of the VFD for reference. Thanks!
