i was wondering that is it possible to connect to 24v smps

together to get +/-24 and 10A ????

 

Yes as long as the Negative supplies are not connected to the mains Earth /ground case, usually there is a link connected between the case and the Negative output, remove it.

Your current will be limited to the supply with the lowest current limit.
