connecting RF and biasing PCB's together X-microwave

Hello,I have a question regarding a variable attenuator .
Generally we plug the biasing network to the RF component using spring pins.
As you can see in the photo below there is no sping pin present. so how do i need to connect the two PCB's threw the proto plate?
