I need to connect THIS

to THIS
http://www.pjrc.com/store/teensy_pins.html

I Need to connect these two things and I have very little knowledge about electronics... Can someone help me out?

I need to know the entire process... Which wires to use? Is there a specific kind? What wires to connect to what parts? Please be as detailed as possible in your answer as I am incredibly green about this stuff.

Thanks in advance- I greatly appreciate it!

To control THIS on my computer...

I need to connect these. But I am unsure of how to wire the stepper motor driver to the USB controller in such a way that it works for the motor. Does anyone have any experience with this? If I were to buy a the stepper motor I need would it come with directions for how to wire a USB controller to a Stepper Motor Driver Carrier to make it work for the actual Motor?

Thank you in advance I greatly appreciate the help!
