Combining 2 separate PCIe lanes each having its own reference clock.

Hi,

I am working on modules that uses PCIe interface. At the end point, I have 1 PCIe (x2lanes) port and at the SOM evaluation kit I have 2 x PCIe (x1lane) ports.
Could anyone share me the possibility whether I can use those 2 x PCIe (x1lane) to connect with 1 PCIe (x2lanes)? like sharing the reference clock of 1 PCIe to other PCIe lane port.
