I have been trying to calculate this revision question.

I have been able to calculate the base current however I need confirmation on how VCE is calculated.

Vce = Vcc - Vrc - Vre. Other than that, your work looks good.

But when using (Beta+1)*Ib=Ie, there will be a greater difference in calculations between the real Ie and Ic as Beta gets lower. I asked my professor about the C-E setup, and he used Beta*Ib = Ic, and then Ic = Ie. Because of the previously mentioned problem, my advice is to use Beta*Ib=Ic when in a low Beta situation. I guess if you really wanted to be a perfectionist, you could do both.
