hi

i want to simulate different circuits using different cmos logic.. say pass transistor logic.. domino logic.. i want to create a transistor level simulation and calculate delay etc..

i also want to be able to adjust parameters like channel length for the cmos..

can anybody recommend a software to do this??

I was using Microwind at the uni last year. Not very professional, but it did its job for reasonably sized circuits. However, you have to design the transistors yourself, that is, define the masks completely.

I might be wrong about that last part, check it out for yourself.
