I wondered if anyone could provide any recommendations for a half bridge driver for a class D amplifier I have not really looked into these type of amplifiers before so would appreciate any recommendations I would also really like to simulate this in LTSpice before trying to design something (If anyone could create one I could work from that would be incredibly kind). The parameters are: 40W maximum at a supply voltage of 175V. I thought I would post something on this site to get more of an insight from members here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What I would also like is for a single ePWM signal to drive the both FETs of the bridge i.e. dead time is setup in hardware, I think it may assist in setting it up.
