Hi!
I am having doubts regarding working of a class B mos amplifier.basically dealing with a problem from sedra smith . the question is as follows-

Vt=1 V for both nmos and pmos
k=Un*Cox*w/l=200 uA/V^2.
if the input has 5V peak and frequency of 10 Khz what peak output would you expect?
'the whole question is in the attachment'

My doubts-
Comparing it with a class B BJT amplifier ,the out put will be Vi-Vbe ,with a dead space around the origin of width 2*Vbe.
Would it be similar for mosfets with Vt replacing Vbe

Thank you ! but I already have that ,that book helped me through some tough questions,but I still unable to understand some things,Now that youhave uploaded it I can refer to it .

The solution says 'With RL=infinity and Vi=5v,Vo will be Vi-Vgs1 'agreed' and then it says Vgs=Vt why?? can't Vgs go above Vt.
