hi,
Look at this PwrBug asc file.
There is a 'funny' in LTS regarding which way around a resistor is, that determines the direction of current flow, hence the neg power.
Use key F7 to grab the RL resistor, then CTL+R key and rotate it by 180 degrees.
Clear the plot and re-run the sim, it should be the same positive power label value as mine.

Remember that power is proportional to the square of the voltage or the square of the current.
Hence power cannot have a negative value, unless you are referring to the flow of power or loss of power, i.e. a difference in power values.

Not entirely true.

Power delivered is negative and power dissipated is positive.

e.g. 100 W = 10 * 10 W; A 100 W power supply supplying power to 10 items.

0= -100+10 *10

But we don't call a 10 MW power plant a -10 MW power plant.
