in transformer coupled class A amplefiers why we conect tranformer across collector resistor .transformer should be connected across the collector and ground (i.e across Vce).because we take output from collector terminal.

 

By connecting the xformer across the collector resistor, we control the current through the primary. If we connected across the transistor, then current would still flow in the primary when the transistor was cut off.
