I doubt one exists outside of B&D's engineering department.
Manufacturers have a hard enough time keeping their secrets from being copied let alone if they started throwing schematics on the internet.

That device is non-serviceable and should just be replaced if its failing.

 

Good luck with that. Have you searched yet?

 

I have repaired several inverters in this size range without schematics. Look for shorted mosfets and blown on-board fuses. Give it a shot.
