Did someone here have a circuit for Power Supply 12 ~ 15 Volt dc 30 ~ 60 amp ?

I need it for my own research. Or I need a clue to make it by myself.
Please ?

 

For that amount of current you're looking at a Switchmode psu , which are too complicated for a beginner to design,

Another option is a Linear Transformer type, with votage regulation control.

 

I'm with Dodgydave on this one. A good switch mode supply is the answer, you could maybe get hold of a big transformer for the job but up at those currents it would be very heavy and expensive. I would recommend checking out supplies at aliexpress such as:
