hello, i have 2 chinese (YF) stepper motor drivers

• 2H806 has no dip switches, when i drive it with pu/dir mode it moves in one direction only it can't switch direction, same problem when i try cw/ccw mode.
• 2HB806 has dip switches , i can selecte pu/dir or cw/cww mode , but same problem as 2H806 no direction switches.

is there a manual how to use theses 2 stepper drivers ?

Are your drive signals ok? It sounds like your direction signal is not working.

 

i have to driver both of them turn in one direction , i want a manual of signal sequence to send to the driver to work correctely. in some chinese driver you have for example to send a dir signal at least 2.5 us befor sending a dipulse to pu , i tried that but doesn't work

drc_567 is the same file posted by dendad, it doesn't help, what details are you talking about , can you explain (ps : i have 2H806 and 2HB806 not zm-2H606)

 

... do you have a single common ground point between the controller and the driver?
... are you using the twisted wire pairs shown in the pdf?
...are you using the usual 0.1 uF capacitor bypass between V+ and ground on the ICs?

i connected the + to common 5V the PU and DR are high, when i send signale i put it low (dipulse) (DR i send monopulse high for 1 direction low for the other direction)

 

... ok ... The literature says that there is a dipulse initialization sequence. Do you see any group of 5 switches or inputs that might be used to set up this initialization?

 

for the 2H806 no dip switches
for the 2HB806 yes there are 6 switches

 

... yes. .. The 6 inline DIP switches on the side.
... There is a sequence, described in the 2H606 pdf that will set up the dipulse format. Try that out ... you should see the green light flash at some point.

Setting method of monopulse/dipulse: Set switches 1-5 as 00000, then power up the driver
and wait for 2-5 seconds. When the green light flashes, power off the driver and set how many
steps/circle. The factory default is monopulse.
Setting method of dipulse: Set switches 1-5 as 11111, then power up the driver and wait for
2-5 seconds. When the green light flashes, power off the driver and set how many steps/circle.
【Note】Once monopulse/dipulse is set by the above-mentioned method, you do not have to set for the
second time( no matter if the driver is powered off), unless the setting method of monopulse/dipulse needs to be
changed.

but in my case there is 1 switches that select either monopulse or dipulse ( switche number 2) i tried that no change , i will tray again this morning
